After teaching group fitness classes such as sculpt and heated Pilates for a number of years, Vanessa felt inspired to expand her expertise. She pursued certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates with Balanced Body, as well as personal training through NASM. Her passion for helping others on their wellness journey, combined with her curiosity about the synergy between strength training and Pilates, drove her to deepen her knowledge and refine her approach.
Vanessa's passion for fitness fuels her mission to empower others to feel strong, confident, and happy from within. With a background in competitive swimming, surfing, and Pilates, she creates a supportive and uplifting environment for all. Whether it's building strength, improving flexibility, or approaching movement more mindfully, she is dedicated to helping others feel their best selves.
You can find Vanessa in the Reformer studio or training clients, and she is currently expanding her skill set by working toward a NASM Nutrition Coach certification.
